What we built
JustSignNow is an electronic signature service designed for freelancers, small businesses, and teams that need to sign US contracts without enterprise overhead. The platform supports single and multi-signer documents, signer-specific fields, and a standalone certificate of completion for every signed file.
We intentionally avoid features most users never need. There are no template marketplaces, workflow builders, or AI assistants hidden behind premium tiers. You pay for a fast, reliable signing experience and the legal evidence that comes with it.
US legal framework
Signatures executed through JustSignNow are legally binding in the United States under the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), adopted by 49 states. Both statutes are technology-neutral: an electronic signature is valid as long as the signer intended to sign, the signature is attributable, and the document integrity is preserved.
Our service is focused on the US market. It is not intended to satisfy every EU or UK requirement, such as eIDAS Advanced or Qualified Electronic Signatures, which impose identity verification standards that differ from US law.
Why Simple Electronic Signature is enough
For the overwhelming majority of US contracts, a Simple Electronic Signature (SES) meets the legal standard. NDAs, service agreements, offer letters, supplier orders, and internal approvals do not require special certificates or video identification.
What they do require is a clear record of who signed, when, from where, and whether the document was altered after signing. JustSignNow captures email address, IP address, user agent, timestamp, and explicit consent, then binds everything to a SHA-256 hash of the final document.
Bitcoin-anchored audit trail
Every action on JustSignNow is recorded in a cryptographic Merkle log and periodically anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain through OpenTimestamps. This produces a public, tamper-evident proof that a document existed in a given state at a specific time.
The proof does not depend on JustSignNow continuing to operate. A court, auditor, or counterparty can verify it independently using the public OpenTimestamps protocol. We use this as a defense-in-depth measure, not as a replacement for the statutory evidence already captured at sign time.
Transparent pricing
Our plans are designed to be small-business friendly. The Free plan includes one document per month with a 7-day retention window. The Pro plan is $7 per month for unlimited documents and multiple signers. The API plan is $39 per month for developers who want to embed signing into their own applications.
There are no annual contracts, no sales calls, and no hidden fees. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
